The restoration business may seem simple on the surface but you know the complexities and those complexities often affect getting paid. Whether you are trying to obtain payment for Cat 3 water or mold or have your assignment honored, it’s not always simple or easy. These are situations we deal with on a daily basis interacting with insurance companies and adjusters, mortgage companies, private adjusters, lawyers and regulatory authorities, not to mention the debtor.

Experience
We have been doing this for 20+ years and we have learned a lot in the process, but not everything and new things continue to come up.

Persistence
We never, never, never give up (unless we have to). Persistence is a virtue in this business and we collect very old debts on a regular basis because we keep at it.

Speed
We receive many old debts after some of our clients try to collect and keep hoping the debtor will pay. Regardless, we start work on any new assignment within 24 hours. Time is not on your side when you are collecting money and lots of things can go wrong before you get your money, like bankruptcy, relocation, death, health issues, and others.

Cost Effectiveness
Our fees are about the same as the most common ones in the industry but what you get for your fee makes a huge difference. Regardless of how hard we work or how much time we spend trying to recover what is owed you, there is no
contingency fee unless we collect some of your money.

Compliance
While fees have remained relatively stable for decades, the difficulty in collecting bad debt and the regulation of those in the industry has gotten more and more burdensome. Regardless, remaining compliant with all the regulations like the FDCPA, GLBA, TCPA, FCRA to mention a few remains paramount. In twenty years we have yet to receive a valid complaint from any federal, state or local authority.
